Job Description

A provider led primary care and pediatrics group in the heart of growing northern California metro - known as being one of the top places in the U.S. to buy a home - is seeking a board eligible or board certified pediatrician to join their growing team of 16 due to expansion.

The Opportunity:
  • 4.5 Day Work Week - no weekends, outpatient only. (inpatient responsibilities are available, if desired).
  • Guaranteed base salary of $294,000 + production ($330,000-$380,000 annually).
  • $100,000 recruiting package (relocation, loans, sign-on).
  • Dedicated support team and administrative time with AI scribing.
