Currently seeking a Physician for an Pediatric practice.

Office hours and days: 5 days a week 8-5 with an occasional Saturday rotation. We are okay with reduced hours but we need at least 32 hours a week. Salary (range): Based on experience and hours worked. $180,000- $225,000 Bonus compensation: Typically we bonus our best providers anywhere between $10,000 to $40,000 a year Vacation: 3 weeks vacation and PTO after 3 years it becomes 4 weeks. Paid. Health coverage 100% paid by employer Other benefits: Vision and Dental at 50% paid by employer, 100% employer paid Disability insurance up to 66% of income, 4% safe harbor 401k match. |
