    Compensation Details:
  • Guaranteed ongoing base salary of $300,000+ plus production bonus
  • Total earnings to $400,000+
  • Robust recruitment incentives include a $40,000 signing bonus, up to $15,000 relocation, student loan repayment, and residency/fellowship stipend
  • 6+ weeks of PTO plus sick leave
