- Flexible scheduling with 4, 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts available
- Located in Chicago suburbs, approximately 20 - 30 miles from the city
- Sees 2 - 4 patients per hour; includes everyday illnesses, orthopedic cases, and minor procedures
- Comfortable supervising mid-level providers required; telemedicine experience a plus
- Minimum 2 years post-residency experience required; urgent care experience not required
