Lakeview Clinic, an independent, physician-owned multispecialty group of 60 providers, seeks exceptional Pediatrician. Join an established, collegial group of 9 Pediatric providers (8 physicians, 1 APP). Your personal and professional life will flourish here:
PROFESSIONAL SATISFACTION: Outpatient clinic-based practice with manageable shared call. Clinic located across the parking lot from hospital makes newborn rounding responsibilities a breeze, and physicians often forget they are on call after hours as disturbances are rare!
LIFESTYLE: 4-day workweek, 32 direct patient hours, 12 late-in / early-out days!
QUALITY FIRST: A manageable clinic template of 18-20 ppd on average allows you to spend the time needed with your patients, and you can add patients to your schedule real-time when desired!
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
$275,000 starting base salary
$15k signing bonus + relocation
2-year partnership track
Partner earnings in the high-300s
Up to 43.5k in profit sharing helps maximize your pretax retirement savings!
5 weeks PTO increasing with tenure
Fully-paid family health/dental and LTD - a 35k value
