Pediatric Hospitalist Position - Reno, NV area
Job Description
Medical Group is seeking full-time BC/BE Pediatric Hospitalist to join its well-established and collaborative pediatric care team
- Provide pediatric inpatient ward coverage with an average daily census of 16–18 patients
- Varied pediatric hospitalist shifts across inpatient unit, nursery, and ED
- Perform newborn nursery examinations
- Conduct Emergency Department pediatric consultations
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric care team, including subspecialists and intensivists
- Work closely with a PICU staffed by dedicated pediatric intensivists
- Participate in teaching and education of pediatric residents and medical students
- Engage in an academic environment through affiliation
- Deliver care in a Level II Trauma Center
- Competitive salary. base salary range is $190K - $230K (based on years of experience and training; discussed during interview)
