- Call only coverage -- 30 min response time, 1:3 call ratio
- Approx. 7 patients per shift -- inpatient setting
- Inpatient pediatrics -- both inpatient and outpatient rounding
- Non-invasive ventilation management (neo-puff) required
- Newborn intubation (ETT/NT) required
- UVC and UAC placement required
- Chest tube insertion and needle pneumothorax decompression required
- Circumcision and suturing of minor lacerations required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
