Responsibilities
• Perform newborn assessments and examinations
• Provide routine newborn care and follow-up
• Educate and support families regarding newborn health and development
• Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals
Ideal Candidate
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
• PNP-AC or PNP-PC certification
• Active Texas license or eligibility for licensure
• Experience caring for newborns preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
