Job Description

This independent, 50-bed, Level 3 trauma hospital, just over an hour from Spokane, Washington, is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join their experienced clinic-based team. Come and practice in "Washington's fastest growing community" via a retention oriented and culture-first organization.

Work directly alongside a 3-provider outpatient group with no shortage of support and infrastructure to deliver high-quality patient care.

Position

  • 4 day work week with no call, weekends, or nights.
  • $310,000 base salary + quality and wRVU bonuses.
  • 100% outpatient role with bread and butter pediatrics scope.
  • Option to pick up pediatric hospitalist shifts/work as desired.
  • Ramp up period for new graduates with onsite mentorship.
  • $200,000 in student loan repayment, $75,000 sign on option, $20,000 relocation stipend, and more.
  • Dedicated MA and EPIC EMR.
