Practice Details

• Recruiting a Med-Peds Hospitalist to join our established Hospitalist group, along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance.
• Combined, our facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women’s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness.

  About the position:

1. Potentially hospitalist and peds shifts could be done concurrently at the right time of year
2. Flexible on collaboratively creating this position

Components may include:

Hospitalist:

1. Preferred schedule: 10 24-hr shifts/mo
2. Average census: 10-12/day
3. Telestroke and tele-psych support available

Pediatrics

1. 24-hour unrestricted call shifts
2. Average census: 1/day
3. Includes coverage of nursery (well-baby, ~300 deliveries/year) and pediatric inpatients

Qualifications:

Hospitalist:

1. BE/BC in IM or FM

Pediatrics:

1. BE/BC Pediatrics or FM

Both:

1. Comfortable with ICU components: vent management, intubation, central lines
