- OFFICE VISITS/TRIGGER POINTS/EVALUATIONS
Our Office has been Operating since 2001, we currently have 4 Physicians on staff with 4 Support PA staff.
We are looking to bring someone on board for our astoria location.

Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal and neurological evaluations.

Perform interventional procedures including trigger point injections, joint injections, and fluoroscopic-guided spinal injections (epidurals, facet blocks).

Develop and oversee individualized rehabilitation plans in coordination with our Physical Therapy and Chiropractic departments.
