- Full time inpatient -- 8 am - 5 pm
- Average daily census: 29 - 31 patients
- Inpatient rehabilitation hospital
- APPs serve as first line -- physician provides backup support
- Hospitalists available 24/7
- Primarily inpatient rehabilitation focus
- Medical Director role -- minimum 20 hours/week
- On-call backup for APP team nights and weekends
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
