A well-established medical practice in Rutland, Vermont, is seeking a BC/BE Nonoperative Interventional Spine Physician to join its outpatient Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and multidisciplinary SpineCare program. Position Highlights: Full-time outpatient PMandR and multidisciplinary SpineCare opportunity Monday–Friday schedule within a 40-hour work week No formal call Primarily adult patient population, with patients of all ages Nonoperative spine-focused practice with no requirement for opioid prescribing or management Join a collaborative SpineCare team including a fellowship-trained orthopedic spine surgeon, osteopathic physiatrist, and experienced Physician Assistant Embedded health psychologist position being recruited to further strengthen the multidisciplinary team Practice in a well-run environment where physicians are valued and patients receive high-quality care Qualifications: MD or DO who has completed a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation residency Board certified or board eligible Fellowship training or commensurate experience in spinal procedures required Eligible for Vermont medical licensure Compensation and Benefits: Competitive, productivity-based salary with incentives Compensation commensurate with experience and well above median MGMA Health, vision, and dental insurance Paid malpractice coverage CME time and expense allowance Signing bonus Relocation assistance Educational loan repayment Location and Lifestyle: Live where others vacation in the heart of Vermont’s Green Mountains, with Killington/Pico Resort and the Long Trail right nearby.
