- Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 5 pm, Friday, 9 am - 1:30 pm
- 25 patients per day
- Telehealth and in clinic visits
- Trigger point and joint steroid injections required
- 2+ years pain management experience minimum
- Board certification required
- Hospital privileges required
- Adults only, 18 years and up
