Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Part-time with Benefits Big Sur California
Job Description:
- Works independently, but under the supervision of the Medical Director.
- Provides comprehensive primary care services, including preventive health, chronic care management, pediatric care, family planning and urgent care services for patients of all ages.
- Documents accurate and thorough patient information and data in the electronic medical record system.
- Part-time position, 2-3 days/week, with potential to increase.
- Salary - $114,400 - $124,800 annualized.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of California.
- Bilingual (English, Spanish) or some basic Spanish skills.
- Minor surgery skills desirable.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills required.
- Must be sensitive to cultural diversity.
- Must possess the desire and ability to work cooperatively with other staff and to carry out the stated mission of the Big Sur Health Center.
- Must have a commitment to preventive care.
