this is a Surgical first assist position for a Plastic surgery center
Candidate must be energetic, charismatic, and have good intuition and communication skills (listening especially). Traditional work ethic and values important, an inclination toward gratitude and compassionate caring, because ours is essentially a service business and patient experience is important. Background in the operating room as a surgical assistant is a must.
Background, training, and certifications most likely will be either an outstanding surgical tech, but more likely a surgical nurse who was previously a surgical tech or surgical assistant, an RNFA who is comfortable in the clinic evaluating patients and maintaining medical records, or a surgical physician's assistant
