- 8-hr shifts -- avg 20 - 24 patients; 9-hr shifts -- avg 25 - 27 patients
- Walk-in patients included in daily scheduling
- Patient population -- primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working families
- Age range: 6 months and up
- Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
