JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
Job Title: NP or PA - Clinical Support Provider
Location: Based in town with travel to other regional CO clinics on occasion
Reports to: Medical Director

POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Provider plays a critical role supporting Providers and is responsible for
providing comprehensive clinical support and patient care. This includes supporting patients
via phone, digitally, and in-person to address acute complaints, clinical questions, and
prescription management. This role will also be responsible for delivering several of our
cutting-edge, medical therapies, including Therapeutic Plasma Expchange (TPE) and
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). This role does not entail carrying its own patient panel.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Base salary range: $110,000 – $140,000 depending on experience
