Job Description

We are seeking a Direct Primary Care NP or PA to serve as the sole provider caring for patients of all ages. Candidates must have 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience.

This is a full time role following a Mon-Fri schedule. We are looking for confident, patient centered clinicians who can independently manage a diverse panel while delivering high quality, evidence based care.

From $75.00 to $75.00 hourly
