Practice/Organization Details:
Work just three 12-hour shifts per week, providing four days away from scheduled clinical responsibilities
Self-scheduling model gives you greater control over when you work and how you structure your month
Cluster shifts together to create extended stretches of time off without using PTO
Fixed night schedule provides consistency and predictability without rotating between days and nights
Practice at the region's only Level I Trauma Center and leading tertiary referral hospital
Manage an average overnight census of approximately 8-15 patients per APP
Join a robust Critical Care team of 14 physicians, 12 Pulmonary Fellows, and a growing team of APPs
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation up to $73.10/hour plus productivity incentives
$10,000 sign-on bonus with a minimal one-year commitment
