Seeking a full time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner for an outpatient private practice in Chicago Illinois (Lincoln Park)
This is a Physical medicine office.
We prefer the candidate to have experience in joint injection and Trigger point injections.
Must be licensed and Medicare certified
The ideal candidate will Perform exams, evaluate clinical data, consult with our MD and team, order appropriate tests and provide accurate and useful diagnostic information, patient education, documentation and help direction for the management of the patient's care.
Candidates with an orthopedic/ Physical Med and Rehab or Family medicine background will be preferred.
