Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Baltimore MD
$155K – $180K Total Comp | Anne Arundel & Baltimore County |No Nights • No Weekends • No Call
We are actively seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our rapidly growing, award-winning interventional pain management practice serving patients throughout Anne Arundel and Baltimore County, Maryland. Duties:
- Perform patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist with pain management and medication management
- Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers
- Educate patients regarding treatment options and recovery plans
- Build strong relationships with referral sources and community providers
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in private practice seeing patients independently
- Pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience preferred
- Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $135K plus bonuses for Total Compensation: $155,000 – $180,000+
- 4 Weeks PTO
