Job Description

Unique opportunity for an experienced Primary Care FNP or PA to be the a part of a hybrid Primary Care Clinical Team for a FQHC Clinic on Cape Cod. Combination of remote and onsite clinical care. The ideal provider will have a minimum of 2 years of primary care experience as a provider, and thrive in a remote work environment. Must have MA License in hand to apply. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. M-F Days schedule.

From $110000.00 to $160000.00 annual
