Experienced Physician Assistant | $150K+ Guaranteed | Enterprise Float Role in West-Central MN
A growing regional healthcare system in west-central Minnesota is seeking an experienced Board-Certified Physician Assistant for an Enterprise Float position supporting Emergency Departments, hospital services, outpatient clinics, and a Walk-In Clinic across multiple locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an PA who enjoys variety and wants to work within a collaborative regional healthcare system.
The position offers full-time or part-time flexibility, no traditional call requirement, and the opportunity to earn additional compensation through production-based wRVUs. ED coverage averages approximately 3-4 patient encounters per shift with an average acuity of approximately 3.5 on a 1-5 ESI scale.
