ENT NP/PA Opening in Western MN - Perm Position - Sign-on & Relo!

This opportunity is for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a background in Otolaryngology. This role will support an ENT physician with a growing practice in western Minnesota, about an hour from Fargo, ND. They will provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care for patients with acute and chronic conditions related to the ears, nose, throat, head, and neck. Including assisting with in-office procedures. Experience is preferred, but new graduates with this type of background/training are encouraged to apply. Base compensation is competitive, with additional revenue potential through productivity/RVU incentives. Their comprehensive benefits include a generous retirement match and 6 weeks of PTO.
