- One 10-day stretch per month -- Saturday AM through following Monday AM
- Covers two weekends within each stretch
- 10-hour shifts with 4 required night beeper call shifts per stretch
- 10 patients per shift
- Hospital setting -- privileges required
- Rounding on assigned patients required
- ACLS and BLS certification required
