Job Description

Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA-C) Nurse Practitioner (NP) for Northern New Jersey

full time and part time (3 days/week for part-time) opportunities available

the candidate will be under the supervision of the Physiatrist working in sub- acute (post rehab) facilities.

Must have experience working with an elderly population and working in a subacute facility

Locations:

Bergen and Morris counties

Physiatrist group practice services multiple post-acute care sites in Northern NJ

We need the Physician Assistant (PA-C) Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide consultation and routine follow-up at designated post-acute sites
