- 7 am - 7 pm and 9 am - 9 pm shifts -- Mon - Sun plus night call
- ICU: 1 - 2 patients per day
- O.R.: 0 - 3 daily cases
- Hospital setting
- O.R. and ICU coverage -- no clinic
- First assist required -- large vascular and endovascular cases
