-Join a team of 2 Physicians and 6 APPs
-Collaborative environment with physician and APP support
-Fluent Spanish language skills required
-3/12 schedule plus rotating weekends
-20-24 patients daily
-Epic EMR system
-Established patient demand and strong referral base
