This PMHNP opportunity offers competitive compensation, generous PTO, excellent benefits, and a consistent weekday schedule with no call.Base salary of $120,000 $125,000. Monthly productivity bonus potential exceeding $1,000, plus up to $23,000 in annual quality bonuses. $5,000 sign-on bonus and additional longevity bonuses. Monday Friday, 8:30 AM 5 PM schedule with no call. See approximately 23 30 patients daily. 30 days of PTO, up to 10 paid holidays, and extended illness leave. NHSC loan repayment eligibility, $3,000 annual CME/licensing allowance, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits.
