- 4 days/week -- Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts
- 8 am - 6:30 pm shift hours
- Avg 16 - 20 patients per day
- Outpatient clinic setting
- Scheduled 30-min appts in the morning; walk-in patients in the afternoon
- Full spectrum primary care -- peds to geriatrics required
- Experience with chronic conditions, behavioral health, and gender affirming care
- Substance use disorder and women's health experience preferred

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
