Job Description
Full-Time Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner needed for Primary Care position in Hatboro, PA.
must have at least 2 years experience in primary care or family medicine
Roles / Responsibilities:
- Provide Primary Care services exclusively in an outpatient setting
- Provide initial consults, treatment plans, and follow ups for Primary Care patients
- 20-25 patients per day
- Prescribe medication for patients as required or directed
- Manage patients' acute and chronic conditions
- Coordinate with specialists
- Provide education to patients and family members when necessary
- Work alongside other Internal Medicine / Primary Care Physicians to provide optimal patient outcomes
