Hospital is seeking Locum Vascular Surgery Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to provide coverage
- Dates needed:
September 21–24
October 5–11
October 19–25
November 2–8
November 16–22
November 30–December 6
December 14–20
December 28–January 3
January 11–17
January 25–31
- Contract: On-going
- Shift Details: Four 10 hour days, 7a-5p
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 2 weeks per month
- Patient Population/Age: 18+
- Patients per day: 15, 2 consults per day
- Department Description: clinic and hospital rounds/consults, clinic is inside hospital, no trauma
- EMR: EPIC
- Skills required: have vascular surgical experience that could assist in both the clinic and the OR
- Special Procedures: bypass amputations
- Required: PA license, board certification, DEA, min 1 year of vascular experience
