- Mon - Fri with evening and weekend rotation
- Open to 5x8s or 4x10s -- 8 am - 5 pm or 8 am - 6 pm
- Saturday hours: 8 am - 1 pm
- Patient volume: 2 - 4 patients per hour; walk-ins accepted
- All-ages patient population -- pediatrics through geriatrics
- Primary care only -- family medicine focus
- Skills needed: wellness exams, chronic disease, women's health
- Hospital privileges required
