- Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm, Friday, 8 am - 12 pm -- 36 hours/week
- 15 patients per day
- Geriatric patient population, ages 65+
- Long term care experience required
- Geriatric experience required
- SNF experience preferred
- Palliative care skills preferred
- We provide complimentary housing and travel

From $70.00 to $95.00 hourly
