- 2x a week flexible schedule 8am - 5pm (9-hour shifts)
- Adult patients in an outpatient setting
- New patient evaluations and weekly follow-ups
- Trigger point, PRP, and joint injections
- Board certification required

Ranges shown should be used as an estimate and are affected by many factors including the critical need of the position, your overall experience and qualifications, and other considerations.
