Job Description
Facility is seeking a BC/BE Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist starting ASAP
-- Monday–Friday on-site only; participation in call rotation
-- Inpatient; caseload of 16–18 patients per day
-- Responsibilities include new admissions, follow-ups, medication checks, discharges, and treatment team participation
-- Compensation in line with MGMA benchmarks
-- Base salary with production bonus potential
-- Signing bonus negotiable
-- Medical education loan repayment assistance available (not PSLF)
-- Relocation allowance if applicable
-- CME allowance
-- PTO and full benefits package including paid malpractice insurance
