Seeking a well-rounded Child Psychiatrist to replace an existing physician. Responsibilities involve performing a wide scope of inpatient and outpatient child psychiatric medical care. Position has a strong slant towards inpatient. Make-up of practice is mainly child and adolescent with some adult Psychiatry. Work out of 1 office and service 1 psychiatric center. Call schedule is 1:3. Main hospital provides a full continuum of services to an area of more than 120K residents. Services include adult and pediatric services, a level II birthing center, 24 hour ER, an excellent ICU, a skilled nursing home and a Center for Psychiatric and Addiction Treatment. Area provides a wide variety of public/private school options, special events, college/universities, sports, shopping, dining and everything else that comes along with a suburban community. Compensation includes a generous salary, incentive, vacation/CME, malpractice, 401k, benefits, and may include a sign-on bonus.
