About the Clinician's Workday

The clinician will provide inpatient child and adolescent psychiatric coverage on a 7 on/7 off schedule, with shifts running 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on-site. The expected daily census per clinician is approximately 10 to 15 patients, within a unit maintaining an average census of 17 patients, inclusive of routine follow-ups, admissions, and discharges. Call coverage is required, with a 20-minute response time; telepsychiatry is not permitted for this assignment. A Wisconsin medical license or IMLC is required, and prescriptive authority is required for this role.
