- 12 patients per shift in a 15-bed inpatient acute psychiatric unit
- Inpatient acute psychiatric unit setting
- Call ratio 1:1 -- approx. 10% callback rate
- Familiarity with involuntary commitments required
- Familiarity with restraint application required
- Ongoing assignment
