- Flexible, autonomous schedule combining remote work and periodic onsite facility visits
- Lead and supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants across a growing network
- Focus on geriatric and medically frail populations with complex behavioral health needs
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, crisis support, and psychotropic medication GDR reviews
- Primary EMR is Athena with integration of PCC and Matrix; AI documentation tools planned
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists encouraged to apply; no visa sponsorship
- Must reside in Arizona; experience in SNF or long-term care settings strongly preferred
