-- Current census: 29 with 3 discharges noted
-- Average length of stay: 7 days
-- Average daily rounding volume: 13 patients
-- Average daily admissions: 1-3 patients
-- Average daily discharges: 1-3 patients
-- 4-5 consults per day; 8-9 total including follow-up visits
-- Coverage includes unit, ER, and other floors
-- Adult patient population with occasional geriatric patients
-- Consults typically handled by phone unless there is an emergency
