NW Indiana Outpatient Psychiatrist: M-F No Call! The service line is busy and expanding. You will join an LCHC and an LCSW who are experienced, busy, and excited for a partner and leader! This is integrated care at its best with a large team of medical, optical, dental, and on-site Pharmacy teams. This location is also the largest practice and home to the corporate office and main training site for FNP and Pharmacy Residents. The ideal candidate is a Board Certified Psychiatry MD/DO interested in an outpatient practice, an active Indiana license, and a passion for providing quality care to the whole community.
