They are a recognized leader in residential treatment and behavioral health services. Their program provides clinical and educational programming for adolescents ranging in age from 12-21 years old who are experiencing severe psychiatric, emotional, behavioral problems. “We operate within the framework of respect for each person’s potential for growth and the right to receive education.”

The philosophy is designed to cultivate a sense of achievement, to encourage self-determination, problem-solving, decision-making, a sense of responsibility and service, the strengthening of interpersonal and family relationships, and to promote an understanding of moral and ethical values.

This a private non-profit residential treatment facility located Maryland- close to downtown Baltimore on a wooded campus. Staffed by qualified multidisciplinary treatment teams, they provide treatment programs for adolescents ranging in age from thirteen to twenty-one years who are experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties of a psychiatric nature. The facility has residential, medical, clinical and educational facilities as well as a central dining room, library, gym, auditorium, tennis courts and other resource areas.

Salary is expected to be around $250K base plus possible relocation money. More details will be available if interested.
