- Telehealth -- fully remote psychiatry practice
- Availability-based scheduling -- over 10 hrs/week including nights & weekends
- Peak volume: 8 am - 10 am M - F (patient time zone)
- 15-min follow-ups and 45-min new patient evaluations
- Provider chooses patient age ranges
- Proprietary EMR with charting time built into each visit
- Board certification required -- min 2 years post-graduate training
- Willing to wait for licensure in states of need
