This outpatient community mental health clinic delivers psychiatric services to adult patients within a telehealth care model. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support continuity of outpatient psychiatric care for the adult population served.

The psychiatric nurse practitioner will provide full-time outpatient telehealth psychiatric services for adult patients at an outpatient community mental health clinic, working 40 hours per week Monday through Friday during day shifts. Clinical responsibilities include conducting initial psychiatric evaluations, allocated at 90 minutes per visit, and medication management follow-up appointments, allocated at 30 minutes per visit. All services are delivered via telehealth, and no call coverage is required for this assignment.
