Psychiatry Opportunities (2) near Lansing/University of Michigan!!
2 Positions available: Located just outside Lansing, MI and minutes from University of Michigan.
· Medical Director and Staff Psychiatrist
· Medical Director candidates should have some past leadership or at minimum Chief Resident/Fellow experience.
· Both are Clinical Roles treating BOTH Inpatient Adult and Adolescent Caseload. Medical Director will have slightly lower caseload expectation than that of staff Psychiatrist with some administrative responsibilities.
· Candidates MUST be comfortable and willing to see both Adults and Adolescent populations, no exceptions because they will be the only Psychiatrists on staff.
· Candidates can be either General or Child/Adolescent Psychiatrists. For Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist candidates they will have ability to see Child populations as well as the facility grows programs.
· They will treat General Psychiatric issues and co-occurring disorders primarily. Call will be shared 1:2 at the beginning and 1:4 eventually as census grows. It will be low volume at the beginning.
· Excellent base salary plus benefits! This will vary based on specific position, experience, board certifications etc.
