- Monday - Thursday, 8 am - 5 pm -- 32 hrs/wk patient time, 8 hrs/wk charting
- 10 - 15 patients per day
- On-site clinic setting only -- no telehealth
- Treats children ages 2 and up, along with adults
- New evaluations: 60 min -- med checks: 15 - 30 min
- Less than 10% no-show rate
- Hospital privileges required
