- Oversee clinical quality improvement, peer review, and provider education
- Supervise and collaborate with APPs across North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee
- Partner with CMO on new program launches and clinical hiring
- Support complex cases and provide daytime on-call backup for providers
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry required
- Minimum of 2 years in physician leadership experience required
- NC, VA, and TN licenses required or obtainable within 90 days of hire
