Psychiatrist Locums Job in Staunton, Virginia
Highlights:
--Coverage dates starting mid June
--Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM–5 PM (1-hour lunch)
--Adult inpatient population
--3-month assignment with option to extend
--Average patient load: 14–16 patients/day
--Collaborative support model with additional Psychiatrist or 2 NPs per unit
--Credentialing typically completed in 2–3 weeks
Requirements:
--Board Certified/Board Eligible Psychiatrist
--Experience in inpatient psychiatry preferred
--Orientation dates are held on the 10th and 25th of each month, with an urgent need for coverage beginning in June.
